The new geopolitical context, along with recent European and national plans to strengthen the industry, has sparked increased investor interest, drawing in financial and technological players alongside traditional actors. At the same time, transactions face an increasingly demanding regulatory framework, with particular focus on technological sovereignty, foreign investment, and information security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both lawyers highlight the importance of anticipating regulatory risks and effectively coordinating legal teams in complex transactions, such as Indra\u2019s acquisition of Hispasat.
