With this publication, the firm anticipates the collective bargaining agreement and incorporates best practices in the field of inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme, foreseen in Law 4\/2023, increases the measures required by the legislation up to 64% and includes 25 concrete actions, of which 9 are mandatory and 16 voluntary. These cover areas such as access to employment, equal treatment, training, inclusive language, career advancement and social benefits.
