The first semester of 2025 has been particularly outstanding for G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo, which has positioned itself as one of the leading law firms advising on M&A transactions in Spain. According to data published by TTR Data and reported by El Confidencial<\/em>, the firm reaffirms its key role in advising on high-value strategic deals.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Today, El Confidencial<\/em> has released the M&A ranking results for H1 2025. Based on figures provided by TTR Data, G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has consolidated its position as one of the most prominent players in the market, remaining among the top ten firms by deal value and number of transactions closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a total deal value of \u20ac1.505 billion and 27 transactions recorded through June, the firm demonstrates its ability to attract high-impact mandates and strengthen its position as a trusted strategic partner for complex and cross-border transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, in the individual category recognising the contribution of lawyers in the transactional market, \u00c1lvaro Mateo, partner and head of the Corporate\/M&A practice at G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo, has been ranked as one of the most active professionals of the semester, securing the 9th position by number of transactions, with six deals advised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
