G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Hawk Infinity, a Norwegian investment company specialising in technology and business growth, on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of FBA Indaga Soft S.L., a Spanish market leader in solutions for the healthcare sector and quality management.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The transaction, which includes, among other aspects, the sellers\u2019 reinvestment of part of the purchase price into Hawk Infinity AS, strengthens Hawk Infinity\u2019s commitment to the health tech sector and consolidates its position as one of the most active funds in acquiring and developing technology companies in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
