G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised BTR H\u00edspalis on the sale of an affordable rental housing project located in the Entren\u00facleos area, in Dos Hermanas (Seville), through the transfer of a strategic asset comprising 480 residential units to UK-based fund Blue Coast Capital.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This is the largest affordable housing project promoted on private land in Andalusia. Bialto, the rental housing platform of the Urban Input group, acted as Blue Coast Capital\u2019s local partner in the transaction. The project is being developed under the Build to Rent model and is expected to obtain BREEAM Very Good certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
