G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised a syndicate of banks led by CaixaBank and BBVA on a sustainable syndicated loan of \u20ac86 million granted to renowned Spanish wine producer Gonz\u00e1lez Byass, aimed at financing its international expansion and investment in brands such as T\u00edo Pepe, Beronia, Presidente, Vi\u00f1as del Vero and Croft Twist. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This transaction marks the first sustainable financing framework applied to the wine sector in Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
