G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Lenskart, an Indian eyewear company backed by SoftBank, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Stellio Ventures, the company operating under the Spanish eyewear brand Meller.
<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The deal marks a milestone in Spain\u2019s fashion and accessories sector and strengthens Lenskart\u2019s international expansion plan. The company already operates more than 2,500 physical stores worldwide, and with this transaction, it enters the European market. Meller, in turn, will benefit from Lenskart\u2019s global scale and access to cutting-edge technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team was made up of \u00c1lvaro Mateo, Jos\u00e9 Luis Rodr\u00edguez Ontiveros and Marta del Toro, partner and associates of the Corporate team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
