Javier Vinuesa and Javier Gazulla, partners at G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo, explain that \u201cin recent years, a scenario of regulatory uncertainty in tax matters has consolidated, affecting the tax planning of companies and their investors.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
