G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised CaixaBank on the granting of a refinancing facility in favour of Sonnedix Espa\u00f1a Albero, the company that owns a portfolio of regulated assets with a total capacity of 154 MW in Spain.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The transaction, with a total value of \u20ac596 million, represents a major milestone in the energy sector and forms part of Sonnedix\u2019s strategy to optimise its capital structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team involved in the transaction was led by partner Ver\u00f3nica Roman\u00ed, together with associates Jos\u00e9 Francisco Canalejas, Juan P\u00e9rez, \u00cd\u00f1igo Gonz\u00e1lez de Ech\u00e1varri, Andrea Gonz\u00e1lez-Novo and Jimena S\u00e1nchez, from the Banking & Finance team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
