G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) has advised Bestinver on the sale of a 25% stake in Autov\u00eda de los Vi\u00f1edos (Auvisa), the concession company that operates the CM-42 motorway between Consuegra and Tomelloso in Castilla-La Mancha, to Buenavista, through its Infraestructuras Iberia fund.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The transaction, valued by the market at around \u20ac20 million, strengthens Buenavista\u2019s commitment to Spain\u2019s road infrastructure, adding this asset to its specialist infrastructure, energy and environmental fund. With this deal, Buenavista becomes a partner of French infrastructure fund Meridiam, which holds the remaining 75% of Auvisa\u2019s share capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team was composed of Irene Carre\u00f1o \u00c1lvarez, Sergio G\u00f3mez and Laura Roda, associates from the Corporate team; together with Vanessa Armas and Cecilia Herreros, counsel and associate from the Banking & Finance team, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
