G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo advised Greene Enterprise on the granting, by Banco Santander and the EIB, of five financing facilities to five companies in its group, each of which owns a solid waste material recovery plant located in Spain.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The transaction, for a total value of \u20ac224 million, will allow Greene to advance the construction and development of five plants to recover waste that is currently not recyclable, contributing to the transformation of tons of waste annually into raw materials such as pyrolytic oil, char, and other products, and consolidating its position as a key player in the circular economy, climate action, and regional cohesion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The operation was carried out with the participation of Santiago G\u00f3mez-Acebo, Juan P\u00e9rez, I\u00f1igo Gonz\u00e1lez and Patricia Gonz\u00e1lez partner and associates of the Banking and Finance team; together with Mariana D\u00edaz-Moro partner of the Tax team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
