G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Helia Renovables II, F.C.R. and Plenium Partners on the sale of a portfolio of 53 operational photovoltaic assets, with a combined capacity of 260 MW, to Canadian investor La Caisse (CDPQ), through its subsidiary Velto Renewables, for approximately \u20ac1.1bn.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This transaction strengthens La Caisse\u2019s (CDPQ) strategy of consolidating its presence in Spain\u2019s renewable energy sector and marks another milestone in the commitment of both companies to the development of sustainable energy infrastructure, while also contributing to the energy transition and the country\u2019s decarbonisation targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team was led by Ver\u00f3nica Roman\u00ed (partner), alongside Diego Mart\u00ednez Colino and Laura Rey (associates) from the Energy team.
