G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised ING on the formalisation of a turnkey lease agreement for its first flagship office in Spain, which is set to open in 2026 at number 2 Paseo de la Castellana, Madrid, in the building that formerly housed Banco Madrid\u2019s headquarters.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The space, owned by Inbest GPF Socimi, will cover more than 1,800 m\u00b2 across three floors and a terrace, and will become ING\u2019s reference point in Spain. The flagship will initially have a team of 15 professionals to serve retail, corporate, and investment banking clients, and will play a key role in developing new business areas for the bank, such as private banking and SME banking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ING\u2019s aim with this flagship is to provide a closer, more personalised service to its clients, breaking away from the traditional bank branch concept and creating spaces for engaging with new clients, hosting presentations, and running multidisciplinary activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
