On September 18th, G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo was the only Spanish firm nominated in the Innovative Lawyers in Dealmaking<\/em> category for its advisory role in the acquisition by Grupo Indra of 89.7% of Hispasat. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This transaction resulted in a unique company that brings together the entire value chain of the Spanish space sector, giving rise to Indra Space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
