G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has promoted Jos\u00e9 Antonio G\u00f3mez Calafat and Alicia Olaso Cama\u00f1as to Counsels in the Litigation and Corporate and M&A teams, respectively.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Jos\u00e9 Antonio G\u00f3mez Calafat specialises in all types of proceedings related to insolvency matters, ranging from insolvency proceedings to the approval and court endorsement of restructuring plans in pre-insolvency stages. He also has extensive experience in handling civil litigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Valencia and a Master\u2019s in Corporate Legal Advice from the Fundaci\u00f3n Universidad-Empresa of the University of Valencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alicia Olaso Cama\u00f1as has broad experience in corporate and real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of a wide range of assets such as shopping centres, offices, hotels, logistics and industrial assets, residential properties, and development land. She also advises on corporate and structured finance transactions, including acquisition and asset finance (mainly real estate and photovoltaic projects) as well as debt restructuring processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She holds a degree in Law from Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU San Pablo in Valencia, a Master\u2019s in Corporate Legal Advice (IE Business School, Madrid), and an International Executive MBA from the Louvain School of Management in Belgium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new counsels will strengthen their respective practice areas and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
