G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Nomadar Corp. on its listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker \u201cNOMA\u201d. The move marks a strategic milestone for the company, which operates at the intersection of sport, tourism, technology and health, and strengthens its international expansion plan and the development of flagship projects.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The listing coincides with progress on the Sportech City<\/em> real estate project in C\u00e1diz \u2014 a multifunctional complex of around 110,000 m\u00b2 that will include a 40,000-seat stadium, commercial areas, a luxury hotel, a sports clinic, a gym and dining spaces. The company is also developing its high-performance training programme and manages the exclusive M\u00e1gico Gonz\u00e1lez brand outside Spain, with plans for e-commerce and fan experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a truly disruptive move in the sporting and business landscape, pioneering the integration of public capital markets financing with an ecosystem of tangible and digital assets focused on fans and performance.
