G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) on providing financing to Abei Energy for the development of four photovoltaic plants, two located in the province of Almer\u00eda, one in C\u00e1diz, and one in Zamora and a wind farm in Burgos, with a combined capacity of 246 MW.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The transaction will enable Abei Energy to progress with the construction and commissioning of these five renewable projects, strengthening the country\u2019s clean energy generation capacity and supporting the objectives of energy transition, decarbonisation, and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The deal involved Ver\u00f3nica Roman\u00ed, Vanessa Armas, Jos\u00e9 Francisco Canalejas, \u00cd\u00f1igo Gonz\u00e1lez de Ech\u00e1varri, Alejandro Toste, and Victoria Gonz\u00e1lez, all members of the Banking & Finance team. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
