G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Duna House, a Hungarian real estate group of reference in Central and Eastern Europe, on the gradual acquisition of Donpiso, a leading real estate network in Spain, and on the creation of a joint venture to roll out in Spain the financial intermediation services of its Credipass brand in cooperation with Donpiso\u2019s clients.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The transaction has been formalised through the signing of a binding investment agreement and marks Duna House\u2019s entry into the Spanish real estate market, in line with its pan-European growth strategy and its aim of consolidating itself as one of the leading providers of consumer finance and real estate solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team was led by Daniel Mar\u00edn together with Jos\u00e9 Manuel S\u00e1nchez, partner and associate in the Corporate team, and included the collaboration, among others, of Ignacio Mir\u00f3 and Santiago Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, associates in the Corporate team; Luis Cuesta and Carla Bataller, partner and associate in the Tax team; and Pablo Santos and Natalia Mestres, partner and associate in the Employment team, all based in the Barcelona office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
