G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Indra on the sale of its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business to the Basque technology company Teknei for \u20ac96.6 million. The transaction comprises Indra’s business services outsourcing unit in Spain, Portugal, Italy and several Latin American countries, including Peru, Colombia, Chile and Mexico.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The transaction is part of Indra’s \u2018Leading the Future\u2019 strategic plan and is in line with the group’s strategy of divesting non-strategic assets in the Minsait division to focus on businesses with higher added value and profitability, such as defence, aerospace and advanced digital technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team was led by Guillermo Guerra and Irene Carre\u00f1o, partner and associate of the Commercial team, and comprised Guillermo Men\u00e9ndez and Marta del Toro, associates of the same team. It also benefited from the collaboration of Roc\u00edo Arias and Zuri\u00f1e Mart\u00ednez, counsel and associate of the Tax team, and Andrew Ward and Victoria Rivas, partner and associate of the Competition team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
