G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Colonial and a group of investors led by Andbank on the formation of the socimi “HQ Am\u00e9rica Socimi” for the acquisition of Naturgy\u2019s headquarters building (located on Avenida de Am\u00e9rica, Madrid) for an amount exceeding \u20ac80m.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The transaction forms part of the strategy to invest in prime real estate assets in Spain through specialised corporate vehicles and represents a significant step in the commitment to the high-value office market in Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
