G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Indra on the acquisition of a 24.8% shareholding in FYLA, a Valencia-based startup specialising in the development of ultrafast lasers for industrial and scientific applications.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This investment in FYLA is the first of the transactions to be included in the venture capital fund \u2018Indraventures I, FCR\u2019, recently registered with the CNMV, a process in which G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo also provided advice. With resources of up to \u20ac200 million, this fund will focus on boosting the ecosystem of startups, SMEs and spin-offs working on disruptive dual-use solutions that are key to Europe\u2019s technological sovereignty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transaction will enable Indra to strengthen its commitment to technological innovation and photonics, integrating advanced solutions into its strategic defence, aerospace and transport projects. With this deal, Indra becomes a key partner of FYLA, driving its growth and international expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
