G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the placing entities JB Capital Markets, acting as global coordinator, and Alantra Equities, on the capital increase and accelerated private placement of Izertis, for a total amount of approximately \u20ac54.1 million.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The transaction consisted of a capital increase through the issuance of approximately 5.6 million new ordinary shares, complemented by a secondary tranche involving the sale of treasury shares. The placement, addressed exclusively to qualified investors, registered strong demand, which resulted in an oversubscription of 2.3 times the amount of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The funds obtained will be used to boost the company\u2019s organic and inorganic growth within the framework of its Business Plan 2030. The new shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the stock exchanges of Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team was led by Jacobo Palanca and included the collaboration of Irene Carre\u00f1o Ur\u00eda, Salvador Espinosa de los Monteros and Jaime Goez, associates of the Capital Markets team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
