G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the shareholders of European Quality Assurance Spain (EQA), a Spanish company specialising in the certification of R&D&I tax incentives, on the sale of a majority stake in the company to Peninsula Capital, together with a reinvestment in the share capital.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

EQA\u2019s new strategic plan aims to strengthen its positioning in the Spanish market, while also providing for its growth and expansion into other countries such as Italy and France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team was led by Pablo Fern\u00e1ndez Cortijo<\/strong>, together with Carolina Posse, Nicol\u00e1s Z\u00fa\u00f1iga, Nicol\u00e1s Otero de Navascu\u00e9s<\/strong>, partner and associates from the Private Equity \u2013 Corporate team, as well as Diego Rizo<\/strong>, associate from the Employment team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
