In particular, he highlights the implications of the digitalisation of working time records and remote access to such information by the Labour Inspectorate, emphasising the significant difference between the current system and the one that could result from the new regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to him, the current framework is based on formal requests and specific deadlines, whereas a system allowing continuous digital access would represent a substantial operational shift: \u201cIn that case, there would be no requests or deadlines, and access could be granted at any time not only to the Labour Inspectorate but also to employee representatives”.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
