G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised a syndicate of lenders led by Santander and Kutxabank on a \u20ac200 million syndicated financing granted to All Iron SOCIMI, aimed at strengthening its capital structure and supporting the execution of its growth strategy.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The financing will provide All Iron SOCIMI with additional investment capacity of up to \u20ac100 million to continue pursuing its growth strategy and expanding its portfolio, focused on assets located in prime areas of cities such as Madrid and Barcelona, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The banking syndicate comprises Santander, Kutxabank, BBVA, Laboral Kutxa, Abanca, CaixaBank, Bankinter and Banca March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GA_P team was led by Paula Zarzalejos and Juan Ferreras, partner and associate, in the Banking and Finance practice, with support from Rafael Espinosa, Patricia Gonz\u00e1lez and Carmelo Morales, associates in the Banking and Finance team. The derivatives aspects of the transaction were advised on by Jos\u00e9 Francisco Canalejas, counsel in the Banking and Finance team. The team also included Francisco de Bonilla, Santiago Mazzuchelli and \u00cd\u00f1igo Lastres, associates in the Real Estate team; Fernando Trigo and Cristina Garc\u00eda, associates in the Public Law team; and Roc\u00edo Arias, Carla Fandi\u00f1o and Francisco Llopis, counsel and associates in the Tax team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
