G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the shareholders of STAY on the sale of 100% of the company to RealTime Reservation (RTR), a leader in reservation technology for the hospitality sector. The acquisition has been backed by Wavecrest Growth Partners, a growth private equity firm specializing in B2B software, AI, data, and other technology services.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The transaction creates a leading global guest experience platform that will serve more than 2,000 hotel establishments across over 75 countries in North America, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The combination of both companies significantly expands their international footprint and strengthens their position as a leading provider of guest engagement and guest experience technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
