G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised EQT on a $250 million (\u20ac217 million) funding round for Fever, a Spanish technology platform specializing in leisure and entertainment.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The capital raise was led by EQT, with participation from Point72 Private Investments, Baillie Gifford, and existing investors. The transaction values \u200b\u200bFever at approximately $5.2 billion (\u20ac4.5 billion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The investment will enable Fever to accelerate its international growth beyond the 55 countries where it currently operates, as well as strengthen its investment in technology and tools for its partner network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This transaction marks the largest funding round to date for a technology company focused on culture and live entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
