G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo advises a syndicate of banks led by Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., Banco Santander, S.A. and ING Bank N.V., Spanish Branch, on a \u20ac415m financing for the Ontime Group to refinance existing debt and support the Group\u2019s organic and inorganic growth.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo advised the financing lenders on the preparation, negotiation and execution of a \u20ac375m financing agreement granted to the Ontime Group, a leading logistics group in Spain. The financing is structured in three tranches: a \u20ac200m tranche to refinance existing debt; a \u20ac75m tranche to finance CapEx investments and acquisitions; and a \u20ac100m revolving tranche to fund the Group\u2019s corporate and working capital needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the transaction included the amendment and restatement of a \u20ac40m syndicated factoring facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transaction confirms the continued growth of the Ontime Group towards becoming one of the leading logistics groups in Spain and reflects the support of Spanish banks for the Group\u2019s national and international expansion strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
