G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo has advised leading global alternative investment firm Investcorp, through its technology investment arm Investcorp Technology Partners (ITP), on the acquisition of a majority stake in Connectif Artificial Intelligence.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Connectif is a Spanish provider of AI-powered omnichannel marketing automation solutions for e-commerce businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transaction marks ITP\u2019s first investment in Spain and will support Connectif in strengthening its market position, accelerating its international expansion, and continuing to scale its operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
