Pombo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>She specialises in M&amp;A transactions and in corporate, commercial, banking and finance matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She holds a Law degree from the University of Lisbon (Portugal) and attended, under the Erasmus programme, one semester at University of Mariboru (Slovenia).
