&amp; Pombo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Her practice is focused on M&amp;A of both private and listed companies, private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carolina was seconded to G\u00f3mez-Acebo &amp; Pombo in London in 2016 and in New York City in 2018.<br><br>From September 2024 to May 2025, she participated in the Visiting Lawyers Program (VLP) of Sullivan &amp; Cromwell in New York City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She holds a degree in Law and a diploma in Anglo-American Law from the University of Navarra (Spain). In 2011, she spent a semester abroad at Monash University in Melbourne (Australia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carolina has been a lecturer of Business Law II at La Salle Barcelona, on the Post-Graduate Diploma of Commercial Law at Complutense University of Madrid, on the Business &amp; Law course and on Corporate Law at ESADE Law School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has participated as author or coauthor in several
