Pombo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>He has extensive experience in investment and divestment transactions related to energy and infrastructure, having advised both national and international top-tier clients on a recurring basis. He has been involved in a significant number of the transactional processes carried out in these sectors in recent years, although his scope of activity also includes M&amp;A transactions in other sectors, corporate law and international trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He holds a degree in Law from the University of Oviedo, a master&#8217;s degree in Business Law from the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Oviedo and a master&#8217;s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from both the IE University.
