G\u00f3mez-Acebo &amp; Pombo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>She specialises in providing legal advice to national and international clients on trademarks, designs, unfair competition and advertising. As an Industrial Property Agent, she represents national and international clients and manages their portfolios in the different trademark offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has extensive experience in trademark invalidity, revocation and infringement litigation before commercial, administrative and EU courts. She provides ongoing legal advice to companies in relation to the protection of their trademark portfolios, as well as compliance with advertising and unfair competition rules. She has extensive experience in administrative proceedings before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office. Mercedes assists clients in the design and protection of their new projects and in the preparation of proofs of use and pleadings on the reputation and notoriety of their trademarks. She represents clients in advertising matters before the Association for the Self-Regulation of Commercial Communication (Autocontrol).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She holds a Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain) and a master&#8217;s degree in Copyright and Information Technology from the Carlos III University (Spain), as well as a master&#8217;s degree in Intellectual Property and
