G\u00f3mez-Acebo &amp; Pombo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She specialises in Intellectual and industrial property, and in particular on copyright, trademarks, designs, unfair competition, advertising and image rights and is active both on transactional and litigious matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anna has also an extensive experience in art law having represented both artists, and cultural institutions and industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and a master\u2019s degree in Law from the University of Chicago Law School (USA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anna has participated as author or co-author in several specialised legal publications, and as a
