Pombo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>He has extensive experience in all types of financing transactions, with a particular focus on restructurings, debt refinancings, corporate financings, acquisition financings and real estate financings. In addition, Antonio has advised on M&amp;A transactions and commercial agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He holds a Law and Business Administration degree (E-3) from the Comillas Pontifical University
