proceedings: Declaratory proceedings: claims for payment, termination of contracts, insurance, challenging corporate agreements, directors&#8217; liability actions, agency, franchises, energy, horizontal property and evictions; Enforcement proceedings: provisional and final enforcement of judicial and non-judicial titles, as well as mortgage foreclosures; Insolvency proceedings: advice to both the insolvent party and creditors, credit communications, claims challenging the list of creditors, rescission actions, qualification section, negotiation of composition agreements and
