Pombo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>She has extensive experience in project finance transactions, export credit transactions, acquisition finance, refinancing and restructuring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She holds a Law degree from the Universidad CEU San Pablo, specialising in EU law, and a master&#8217;s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the IE University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has been recognised by Legal
