Insurance at G\u00f3mez-Acebo &amp; Pombo. She is a State Insurance Inspector on leave.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>She is a member of the Sustainability Committee of the Institute of Accounting and Auditors Oversight (ICAC) and of the Securities Markets Stakeholder Group (SMSG) of the European Securities Markets Authority (ESMA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She was Vice-Chair of the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) from 2016 until 2020. During her mandate as Vice-Chair of the CNMV, she chaired, among other committees, the Financial Reporting Standing Committee of the ESMA as well as its Coordination Network on Sustainability. In addition, Ana was Chair ICAC and Deputy General Director of Accounting Techniques and Standardisation of the same organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She was a Member of the Board of Banco de Espa\u00f1a of the FROB (Spanish resolution authority for banks and investment firms) and the AMCESFI (Spanish macro prudential authority).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ana is co-director of the G\u00f3mez-Acebo &amp;
