procurement and health law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and has completed a course on Project Finance and a program on Pharmaceutical Industry at the IE University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She has been an advisor to the Management Committee of the Parque de Valdebebas and has collaborated with the Legal Service of the European Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Irene is recognised in prestigious legal directories such as Chambers &amp; Partners and Legal 500 as one of the leading professionals in the areas of Public Law and
