Pombo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He specialises in M&amp;A and Private Equity. He also has experience in restructuring and distressed transactions, as well as in corporate and contract Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He holds a degree in Law from the University of Valladolid (Spain) and Universit\u00e1 degli Studi La Sapienza (Rome, Italy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pablo is one of the most active lawyers in M&amp;A in Spain as recognised in several publications (Mergermarket, TTR, Expansion, El Confidencial).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His most recent recognitions are Legal 500 (Private Equity): Next Generation Partner, Chambers &amp; Partners (Corporate M&amp;A) and Iberian Lawyer: Best M&amp;A Lawyer (2022) in Spain (40 under 40).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He has also participated as an
