at G\u00f3mez-Acebo &amp; Pombo.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>He has extensive experience in environmental law, waste, integrated pollution prevention and control (IPPC) and environmental authorizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a diploma in Community Law from the Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha. He is currently studying a doctorate program in Socioeconomic, Territorial, Legal and Educational Instruments of the Environment at the Complutense University of Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He has worked as President of Sigma Enviro S.A., an integral environmental management consultancy company, particularly specialised in the field of waste and IPPC. He has also held different positions as a civil servant in the Ministry of the Environment (Head of the Regulations Area, Deputy Director General of Basic Regulations and Advisory member of the General Technical Secretariat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pedro is recognised in the prestigious legal directories Chambers &amp; Partners and Legal 500 as one of the leading professionals in the Environment area.
