She is regularly involved in advising on asset deals in the energy sector. She also specialises in advising on tax proceedings, both at the administrative and judicial stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She holds a degree in Law and a diploma in Business Law from Comillas Pontifical University. She has a double master&#8217;s degree in Access to the Legal Profession from Comillas Pontifical University and a master&#8217;s degree in Tax Consultancy from ESADE Law School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carla
