José Luis Rodríguez
José Luis is a senior associate in the Corporate area at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He specializes in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with a strong focus on mid-market transactions, as well as private equity and venture capital deals. In recent years, he has advised on some of the most notable transactions in these areas in the Spanish market.
He holds a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). He also holds a dual master’s degree in Business Law and Legal Practice from the University of Navarra (Spain), and a master’s degree in Corporate Governance and M&A Transactions from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
José Luis is the author and co-author of various specialized legal publications on corporate law.
He joined Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in 2025.
