MASCs one year on: practical guidance for businesses

On 22 April, we will address the issues that, one year after the entry into force of Organic Law 1/2025, continue to arise in practice regarding the obligation to use a MASC as a prerequisite for legal proceedings in civil and commercial matters, such as in which circumstances it is required, how it must be substantiated, the validity of communications, what happens if delivery is not possible, the relationship between the MASC and the claim or the avenues of appeal, analysing how the courts are resolving these issues and sharing practical tips to ensure companies comply correctly with this requirement and define their strategy before taking legal action.
