- When sending you information about services, events, seminars, conferences and other initiatives undertaken by GA_P, as well as our newsletters and other publications on current legal issues, on the basis of the consent you have given us and on the basis of GA_P’s legitimate interest in those cases where there is a relationship with GA_P and the information we send you is related to the products and services provided to, or purchased by, you.
Recipients
Third party companies external to GA_P (data processors) may be recipients of the data and will process your data for the purpose of providing ancillary services to GA_P that involve support functions necessary for the main activity and processing indicated in the ‘Purposes and legitimate basis of data processing’ section. The data will be processed by these data processors under a services agreement and data processing agreement in accordance with data protection legislation.
