Andrea Esbrí

Andrea is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez- Acebo & Pombo.

She has extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and commercial contracting, involving both private and publicly listed companies. She regularly advises on share and asset deals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, capital markets matters and general corporate governance, representing national and international clients across a wide range of industries.

She is specialised in advising management companies, funds, family offices and other investors on corporate transactions and investment structures. She has solid experience guiding clients through the full lifecycle of their investments, from formation and regulatory structuring to capital deployment, ongoing governance, investor relations and investment and divestment processes. She also advises on alternative regulated financing structures, including crowdfunding platforms.

In 2018 she worked as a foreign associate in the London office of the US law firm Shearman & Sterling.

She has a Law Degree and a Business Administration and Management Degree, both at Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona (Spain).

She has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
