The Illustrious Bar Association of Madrid, in collaboration with the Legal Service of the European Union, held the 1st EU Law Summit on November 16 and 17.
Our Banking and Finance of counsel, Ana Martínez-Pina, has participated as moderator of the round table, ‘Towards green and sustainable finances’. The session focused on two regulations (the Sustainability Reporting Directive and the European Green Bond Regulation) that try to contribute to the fulfillment of the environmental, social and good governance objectives set by the Union through the Green Deal.
