Deal | GA_P advises Cobee in a financing round led by Octopus Ventures and Notion Capital

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Cobee, the employee benefits management startup, in a €40m Series B round led by Octopus Ventures and Notion Capital, with the participation of previous investors such as Balderton, Speedinvest and Dila Capital.
The company has developed a digital platform focused on employee wellbeing, where employees have all their benefits unified and on a single card. With this new capital injection, Cobee will boost its business growth in Spain and Portugal and will also allow it to explore new market opportunities in Europe and Latin America, such as Mexico, where it will open in early 2023.
