Environmental lawyers, key to reconciling business interest and climate emergency | Cinco Días

Santiago points out that the environmental lawyer must have a deep knowledge of environmental regulations and administrative regulatory law, but although this legal branch is its backbone, it is necessary to have civil and criminal skills. He also points out that this profile of lawyers must have extensive tax knowledge motivated by the “new tax figures (tax on single-use plastic, landfill disposal…) that are generating many uncertainties.”
