GA_P advised Holded Technologies partners on the sale of the company to Visma Group

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Holded Technologies, S.L. partners on the sale of the company to the Norwegian listed company Visma Group. The transaction comes five years after the firm’s trajectory began and after having raised more than 26 million dollars in Spanish and international funds.
Holded was founded in 2016 to create a cloud platform for small businesses. Its business model is what is known as a SaaS, that offers its platform to SMEs and charges a monthly or annual price for its operation.
The GA_P team has been made up of: Alex Pujol, partner, Diana Urrego, associate and Mònica Martells, trainee, of the Corporate / M&A team.
